Our Mission:

Ryan and Amy Auge' have a passion for helping people and nearly 20 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing, Development and Sales.  They've combined to successfully market and manage hundreds of properties in more than 50 residential communities in 12 states across the Southeast. 

In 2013, they moved to Amelia Island, FL after many years covering this region for several of the largest residential and recreational property development companies in the Industry.

Together, they've represented an impressive variety of Coastal, Waterfront and Marina Communities and Large Western Ranches from the Texas Gulf Coast to Florida to the Mid-Atlantic Region.  Areas of particular expertise include Land Sales and Developer Acquisitions, Luxury Residential Marketing and New Home Construction with extensive experience assisting sellers and buyers throughout the Southeastern, US. Home prices in this market typically range from the mid-$200s to $5MM+.

Exclusive Buyer Representation services are offered in cooperation with an extensive network of professional REALTORs covering a broad spectrum of locations and Niche specialties.

Outside of Work, Ryan and Amy are dedicated to raising three young Boys, a lovable Black Labrador Retriever named Raven and a school of large tropical fish. They are active members of St. Michael's Church and regularly attend Community events in historic downtown Fernandina Beach, FL. 

Amy is an avid runner who can be seen early in the morning, regularly logging many miles behind a jogging stroller along the beautiful beaches of Amelia Island. Ryan enjoys mountain biking on Egan's Creek Greenway, spending time at the Beach and Cooking for family and Friends. When they're not working, praying, running, biking, cooking and playing, they love to travel to several states and overseas visiting family and friends and exploring new destinations around the world.
